Sunbathing without Sunglasses

The Benefits of Saying Goodbye to Your Sunglasses

I wanted to chime in with one of my most recently implemented wellness practices that has been a game changer for my mind, body, and soul’s health: sunbathing without sunglasses. I often say that so much of what we need to heal and support our bodies is readily available for us to use and is free. Whether that is soaking up the sun (without sunglasses), fasting, using water to heal our bodies, or immersing ourselves in the grounding and healing effects of nature, the Universe has provided us with a plethora of wellness tools that can heal us.

For more information on the benefits of sitting in the sun for 20-30 minutes a day without sunglasses, listen to my voice note.

P.S. I don’t sunbathe naked, but I highly suggest it, if your environment is private and can support it safely and comfortably. Our skin is our largest organ. Moderate sun exposure without sunglasses, has proven to be a beautiful upleveling experience for me. Happy sunning!
